Fun & Challenging

Starting with 1st hole, the course is a veritable challenge at every stage. Greens roll true and fairly firm. Being in the fairway is only half the battle, with elevated greens and tucked pin locations.

Overall, it was a fun and challenging layout.

Not great shape

This course used to be in great shape and one of better courses around. Grass seemed dead in some spots and ground hard in alot of spots. Its not horrible but dont try to take a good divot. Greens were very hard but rolled descent. Just hope they get it back to what it was. They did recently seed the fairways but this wasnt posted to let people know before purchasing. They didnt want anyone driving carts on the fairways. Hot deal rate is worth it but I wouldnt pay over 50$ to golf this course right now.

Is this course open to the public?

I saw open tee times listed on Golf Now for Thursday, September 4th. I didn’t book in advance because I had business in town. Once I was free around 12:30, I headed to the course. At the gate, I told the attendant I was going to the golf course. He asked who I was with, and I said just my wife. He replied, “No sir, who is the resident you’re golfing with?” I explained I wasn’t with a resident—I’d seen the open tee times online. But I was turned away. Glad I didn’t book a tee time! Note rating is only based on not being able to enter the property, I am sure the facilities are excellent.
