About
Winter Park Pines Golf Club has offered one of the most affordable rounds in the greater Orlando area since first opening in 1968. The course has a traditional design that is ideal for beginners though it's also great if you're looking for a quick, casual round. The par-70 golf course may seem odd with a par-34 front nine and a par-36 back nine, but the layout manages to blend together seamlessly. The golf course has short par 4s and par 3s of varying lengths. There is one par 5 that measures 462 yards. The first half of the course is especially scenic with mature trees framing most of the holes. In addition to the golf course, Winter Park Pines also has a practice facility available. It features a driving range as well as putting and chipping greens with a bunker.

Everything was great!
My 1st time playing Winter Pines and it was a good experience. The fairways are mostly tight and require straight shots. I didn't check the length of the course and I was a bit surprised it's so short, but that was my fault for not looking more carefully. There are a few very long Par 3's(over 200yds), but it's to be expected because most of the par 4's are short. The greens were blazing fast and I'm OK with that.

Great Value
They do a good job keeping course up to par, friendly staff and efficient. Too many 3 Par on the back nine for my taste but a great value for your money.

Green’s were a little too sandy
Course is good for what you pay. The green’s were really sandy, felt like it affected the ball some on puts. Overall happy!

Great little course. Management is super nice
Best bang for the bucks in Orlando. Everyone working there is super nice. It’s so cheap that it is busy but we never waited too much. The front nine is normal but the back nine has a ton of par threes, of which most are about 200 yards. It’s in great shape. Not a lot of water. Easy to find errant shots. The greens were nice and the tee boxes were too. I will be looking to play here again. The only issue is that non members cannot book more than a couple of days in advance. Maybe I should not rate it high so that people will stay away and keep it less crowded!

Great value
There are always decent places to play when you venture forth towards downtown Orlando and this was one. A busy course that wasn’t slow even though it included a 5-ball, two groups ahead. Friendly and in decent condition. Will play again.

Very Accommodating!
Had a bit of a mix up on my tee time, but they didn’t make a big deal and were very polite and accommodating. Had a wonderful morning!! Was everything I was hoping for and more.. course was in great shape for the amount of rain we have been having.. appears the course drains very well.. if you have any doubts , do it, you will be happy you did..
