The Links of Lake Bernadette enjoys verdant landscaping and a rolling terrain that are perfectly complemented by mature and towering pines. At 6,400 yards, the golf course is seemingly short but it feels like it plays much longer due to frequent doglegs that can be found throughout. Six of the par 4s play over 400 yards and a few par 3s measure over 200 yards, which also helps the course feel longer. Water hazards and bunkers come into play but they are balanced by large greens and wide fairways that make for easier approaches. Although beginners won't feel out of place and there are four different sets of tees, the golf course boasts several tricky holes that will challenge even the best players. One of these, the 163-yard 13th, was once called the best par 3 in Tampa Bay.

Great value
The price for this course is a great value. The only negatives are the following, there are no water stations along the course, and only an outhouse for the restroom which is disgusting. The cart paths are very rough and need repair in MANY places. The greens are not in the best shape and in the fairways you are often hitting off of dirt or hard, dead grass. But overall, as I said, it’s a good value for the money. My husband and I play here weekly because of the price on TeeOff.
Good course for the price
Went out early. Slight fog.
Pace was good. Course was ok shape.
Came across a few guys out practicing on the course.
Coming Along Just Fine
Greens are impeccable. This is a challenging course and a lot of fun to play. Best bet for the money in area. This is my go to course. Some of the fairways have shown some wear because of lack of rain.
Slow greens
Cours was in decent shape but greens slow. Most fairways were in good shape except for a few. Overall it was good golf outing,

Tees, fairways, and greens need help
Tee boxes very worn and sandy. Fairways sandy, greens like patchwork quilts (many) - and grass plugs put back in old holes did not align with the existing grain of surrounding grass.
It’s a $25 round at best.
Maybe later in the year it gets better?
But now-it’s not worth going back.
Fun couse
Course was in much better shape than it was the last few times I played. Greens were in good shape but a bit on the slower side. Not near as bad as the last few times. It's a fun course. They've done a nice job renovating the outside of the club house. The pro shop is very sparse. A few interesting holes and it's forgiving if you get in trouble.
Been playing it for many years and always enjoy it.
Good course, get what you pay for. Had t played a round in 3 months and was glad it wasn’t a stuffed up course and surrounded by “like” golfers.

Have been playing Lake Bernadette for years and the last three times I’ve played it has been the best shape I have ever seen it in.
