The Links of Lake Bernadette enjoys verdant landscaping and a rolling terrain that are perfectly complemented by mature and towering pines. At 6,400 yards, the golf course is seemingly short but it feels like it plays much longer due to frequent doglegs that can be found throughout. Six of the par 4s play over 400 yards and a few par 3s measure over 200 yards, which also helps the course feel longer. Water hazards and bunkers come into play but they are balanced by large greens and wide fairways that make for easier approaches. Although beginners won't feel out of place and there are four different sets of tees, the golf course boasts several tricky holes that will challenge even the best players. One of these, the 163-yard 13th, was once called the best par 3 in Tampa Bay.

Improved
This course is improved from 3 years ago. Greens are fast but still have bare spots.
Nice course for the money
The locals need to relax on the speed of play. 18 holes was 3:45, so pace was fine. I can’t hit when the groups in front of are still on the green. They need a ranger to drive around to keep the locals in line.
3/28 - Course in very poor shape
The front line was very slow, but it picked up on the back. Less than half of the greens had enough grass to be considered green, the rest are mostly dirt. The fairways were in pretty poor shape. Also to charge $40 a round for this course is not a good value, should have been closer to $25. The carts are in desperate need of replacing as are a lot of the cart paths. Very tight course.
Conditions of course
Course was extremely dry … didn’t seem like they watered in the past month … greens were burned out with patches of dirt.
Pace of play was slow - no ranger to speed up play. Even though the layout of the course is good, we won’t be back for a long while.
The course has several trouble areas if you are not a straight hitter
If you hit your golf balls straight you will be rewarded with a great score on each hole. Go left or right you will find yourself in the woods or water. I guess one could say that's the challenge of golf. The course is worth trying.
Great value for your money!
Greens are so much better than before. No longer have to hammer the ball to the pin.
Layout is terrific, and challenging from any tee box
Pace of play, is usually slow, so allow lots of time.
However, you can’t get a better deal for the money

Some greens need grass Number 6 has as much dirt as grass Fairways have plenty of dirt No rye grass this year Sure would be nice to have some This course is NOT being kept up as in the past Will wait to play again
Playable
The course is good. Greens are tricky so it makes birdies hard to make. You need to be precise on some holes. Course management a must.
Always a fun day
Course in good shape but noticed serious need of watering and TLC. Don’t let it get away from you before summer and the monsoon season

Decent course conditions.. in March 25.
Pace was slow on back 9 after we stopped at turn for lunch on a Saturday- course was at capacity. Reasonable value would play again!
HAVE PLAYED HERE MANY TIMES. i ENJOED PLAYING ON A COURSE THAT HAS GRASS ON THE FAIRWAYS. THE GREENS ARE IN GREAT SHAPE.
Good course, Food People!
What I like the most about this course is its layout: Narrow and challenging. So, when I go to other courses, my aiming is better!
The pace is slower due to the snowbirds season. Fairly priced and cared.
