Silverado Golf & Country Club
About
Silverado Golf & Country Club is situated just north of Tampa in scenic Zephyrhills. It is a par-71 layout but for low handicappers, it can be extended to a par 72 by turning the lengthy 10th hole into a challenging par 4. The area's natural beauty is defined by the mature oaks that date back over 100 years and the abundant wildlife, including red tail hawks, geese, and foxes. The landscape provides an excellent round of golf, which is further enhanced by the year-round temperate climate. Bunkers treacherously lurk throughout and the occasional water hazard also comes into play. The golf course offers some challenging holes but overall, it is approachable for a range of skill levels. Silverado finishes with a par 4 that requires a difficult carry in order to make it past the pond in the middle of the fairway. Those who strategize carefully will be rewarded with a birdie.

Great Experience!
Nice course with just enough difficulty to make it interesting. Nice and open so its hard to loose a ball except in the water. Really enjoy the layout and is usually very laid back atmosphere.
Fun layout, good shape, slow play, no putting green and hole tennis playable as a par 3 or 4 which was odd but I’d go back for sure.
Rain Windy Cold
Unfortunately four eighty year old + players could not take the scattered showers, the gusty winds and the dropping temperatures. We walked off after five holes but we will come back on a better day. Good course. Nice people and always a good value. Thank you
Nice greens
Nice greens The greens are some of the best I played on in this area and always well-kept. Course is in excellent shape thanks to good management for that. Keep up the good work
Course review
This course eliminated putting green never replaced. Silverado has good greens but the slowest of any course around.
The Old Homestead
Course was in fantastic shape and personnel working were very customer oriented and professional. Course was in the best condition I’ve seen it in since I started playing it 19 years ago. Pace of play slowed up after the first 12 holes by group i. Front of us.
Very Nice place to play a round of golf
Silverado is a very nice course. It has some challenging holes good for the beginner or the well seasoned golfer. Next time playing around of golf in around Zephyrhills I would highly recommend this golf course.
Well run golf ⛳️ course.
Had a another good day playing my favorite sport for the last 70 Years.⛳️
Pro shop staff was very professional. First tee starter was very accommodating.
Course Great
Enjoy playing this course greens are in excellent shape
Over booked
Even though we booked a t time in advance on line the course basically jams anyone in that shows up. When making the turn there were ten people stacked up in front of us.
Slow slow play

Greens are definitely the best around the area always in good shap. Tee boxes are all reseeded and lush. Only found one drawback on the whole course if you hit a ball on the first hole down by the pond leave it there’s an 11 foot alligator calls it home!!! Have fun
The greens were outstanding
The complete experience was very positive. The rate of play was slow because the course was full. Weather cool but sunny. Waited on every tee. T boxes and greens were very nice and the fairways were ok.
Crowded and rough!
We were a twosome as was many others. Threesome in front of us was very slow and 2 of the guys were playing 2 balls. Waited every hole. Spoke to the ranger on hole 8 and told him our concern but said he didn't notice that. The cart paths were terrible and fairways pretty rough. Greens were very pretty and green but slow. Restroom locked on course.
