About
Silverado Golf & Country Club is situated just north of Tampa in scenic Zephyrhills. It is a par-71 layout but for low handicappers, it can be extended to a par 72 by turning the lengthy 10th hole into a challenging par 4. The area's natural beauty is defined by the mature oaks that date back over 100 years and the abundant wildlife, including red tail hawks, geese, and foxes. The landscape provides an excellent round of golf, which is further enhanced by the year-round temperate climate. Bunkers treacherously lurk throughout and the occasional water hazard also comes into play. The golf course offers some challenging holes but overall, it is approachable for a range of skill levels. Silverado finishes with a par 4 that requires a difficult carry in order to make it past the pond in the middle of the fairway. Those who strategize carefully will be rewarded with a birdie.

Fun course, good deal!
I happened upon this course, Fun course to play, some open Fairways, good for all levels. Staff at the pro shop and and the bar were especially friendly. A few more directional signs are needed and some tee boxes were in rough shape , greens were consistant. I will play again!
Fantastic conditions
With the amount of rainwear have had this course has drained considerably well. Greens are in great shape. This course is a great deal for the money.
Enjoyable golf
The course is very enjoyable to play. It's not too difficult. The greens and fairways are almost perfect. The greens are a bit slow from what I'm used to. The sand traps need a lot of help. It's very difficult to play out of them because they are not manicured much at all.
Good Value when using Deal Time
Course is in good condition, with some greens questionable.
Fairways could use some grass seed.
Relatively short.

Great day at Silverado
Course is really in great shape. Fairways are in the best shape they have been in a long time.Greens are also in great shape. Tee boxes are just ok but not a problem.I play here often and am happy with Silverado.
GREAT DAY AT SILVERODO
The course was in great shape , we had know waiting when on tee box. Overall it was great day to play, and I shot a 82, I'm 72 years old so never stop playing, life is to short!!!!

No clean carts, had to clean my own, golf shop closed, no range balls available for practice prior to tee time. Not sure why this happened.
Looking good!
The greens have come in nicely since they were punched a couple of weeks ago. Only a couple of areas need attention; otherwise, the course is looking and playing quite nice.
