About
Silverado Golf & Country Club is situated just north of Tampa in scenic Zephyrhills. It is a par-71 layout but for low handicappers, it can be extended to a par 72 by turning the lengthy 10th hole into a challenging par 4. The area's natural beauty is defined by the mature oaks that date back over 100 years and the abundant wildlife, including red tail hawks, geese, and foxes. The landscape provides an excellent round of golf, which is further enhanced by the year-round temperate climate. Bunkers treacherously lurk throughout and the occasional water hazard also comes into play. The golf course offers some challenging holes but overall, it is approachable for a range of skill levels. Silverado finishes with a par 4 that requires a difficult carry in order to make it past the pond in the middle of the fairway. Those who strategize carefully will be rewarded with a birdie.

Good course, good price.
They just aerated and sanded the greens, so there was no use in putting. However, the rest of the course was in fine shape and you couldn’t beat the price. So I will definitely go back... but I’ll wait about 3-4 weeks for the greens to fill in.
Silverado
Course was in good shape. My friend and I enjoyed the day very much., it was his first time playing there. But he will go back. We had an 11:30 Tee time and were not held up on any hole, nor were we pushed from behind.
Good value, nice course, we will definitely go back.
Favorite course
Great course for the price. Staff is awesome and the course is in good shape. Not the most difficult but great for getting out and not losing balls.
Just....Different
I’ll start by saying this is an oddly laid out golf course. The power lines are a bit of a distraction but in a weird way gives the course an industrial feel. Tee boxes really need some work but other than that I thought it was good. Bunker sand was consistent, around the greens you get some weird weedy lies but you just have to deal with it. Greens were decent, rolled ok but grainy. Their service was fantastic! Very inviting and just nice, always a pleasant surprise when you meet genuinely nice people. I’d go back just for that.

Line ups
Line ups for tee offs ....we booked our time and waited almost an hour after it to get out .....if you can't get them out ....don't book people to wait at the tee box in this heat ...Ridiculous
An outstanding round of golf
My tea time was ahead of a golf tournament and there were groups ahead of me the pace of play was outstanding the greens and fairways will great the food in the clubhouse was outstanding. I can't wait to play there again

A Okay especially the greens. Fairways a bit bare, but they’re growing in. Will play there often.
Nice value course
The Rado is always in good shape , fairways , greens etc. Good value for the area. Always know what you will get out there when it comes to cours conditions. Greens in great shape and if I had to make a “complaint” it would be that they are a little slow but they roll very true and consistent.
Won’t find a better hotdog at the turn in the area.

From holes 1-5 the lawn cutter follow us on the tee box and to the green. Very Unprofessional.
Did not understand tee time I booked today.
During checkout it showed a credit due me, for what I do not know. But on the confirmation page it did not show the credit applied. I’m confused. Could you maybe explain this to me. I do really like Silverado golf course and their staff.
