Good layout
Greens are in great shape. Fairways are just ok. Need more grass. Sand traps look good but the layer of sand is very thin. Very hard under that thin layer.
Best Kept Secret
We drive over an hour to this course and it never disappoints. Their working through bunker renovations with a few fairway bunkers yet to be completed. The rest of the course is solid and through GolfNow and their own course website you can get some great tee time deals.
Perfect day
It was an awesome day for play. Course was nice not too hot. Pace was good. Cart did die on the 14th hole but they rescued us gave new cart finished our game. Good day
Best Kept Secret
We drive an hour to play this course and never disappointed. The course has demanding holes and the course continues to get better maintained with new bunker drainage and sand.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The course was in great shape, Clean tee boxes, full fairways, nice bunkers and smooth fast greens. I played the whites (I'm 69) it was a fair but challenging track
The corse is in great shape, greens were extremely fast definitely would recommend all my fellow golfers.
Only bad thing was the Grill was closed at 4:45 when we were done with our round. It's not the 1st time they closed early. They always seem to close early here, so when we're done, we have to go somewhere else for the 19th hole. They said they would be opened until 5:00 but wasn't. It would be nice if they were to stay open a little longer
Need roving Marshal
You need to have a MARSHAL driving the course to speed up the people with no clue. There was 4 guys who obviously did not have a clue, they were using the black tees with no chance of hitting the fairways from the women’s. I can’t tell you how many times they all would miss the ball completely. They were 1 group in front of us but the group in front of us could not take it anymore and just jumped in front skipping a hole. The guys had not etiquette or knowledge they knew 2 groups were waiting and didn’t care, they never raked a sand trap, would stand and bull…t on the greens. Not good for everyone else. Need a Marshal who can speak to players like this.
