Upland Hills Country Club

The grass is so long outside of the fairway. Unless you are capable of hitting shots in the middle of the fairway, you will be hunting for your ball on most holes. Can you mow the grass please. The PGA doesn’t have fringe this long. This course can go from a one to a eight just by cutting the grass.

Fun course. Good chances to score… if you can keep the ball in the middle. The rough can eat up your ball. Really thick. Fairways are in great shape yet are narrow and the greens run true. Nice job!

I’d really like to share my experience, though unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. The staff at check-in were noticeably unfriendly with the exception of the starter who was very nice. The rough was wildly overgrown, so much so that if you missed the fairway, your ball was essentially lost. For a municipal public course, the lack of care for course conditions was glaring and completely disappointing. But the most annoying part? A family group ahead of us playing in a 30 person outing with no golf experience, was treating the round like a backyard party. They took 25–30 minutes per hole, drinking, chatting, and showing 0 regard for pace of play or the golfers behind them. We ended up waiting 37 minutes at the 10th hole before deciding to walk off after just 9 holes and giving the course our money for free. Finishing the back nine would’ve easily taken another 3 to 3.5 hrs. I’ve never seen pace of play managed this poorly, and I definitely won’t ever be returning.

Tee boxes were crooked , aimed way left or right , and filled with sand . Often times all three . Greens were ok . Fairways were patchy at best . Everything beyond fairway was in need of a good trim . Group lost too many balls when we saw where they landed . You had to step right on it to find them a lot of the time . Course has potential just needs to be maintained and managed correctly.

Had the manager yell at me like a child and expect me to restart the course after a Marshall told me I was good to go. Extremely unprofessional management and the course is over priced after the price increase this year even though the course didn’t get updated at all. Don’t ever come here it’s waste of money and time.

The Upland Hill Country Club is a nice course that for the most part is in good shape. The greens are well maintained. It's part of a golf course community with homes lining several fairways. The tee boxes and bunkers are in need of some serious attention. If they continue to participate in Golf Now Hot Deals, I would play there again.

This course has gradually just gone downhill. The greens are usually kept the nicest. fairways have no difference from the rough. If you are charging all this money put it back into the course. You could play goose creek for the same price practically.

The owners don't like it when you come in there using the hot deals because you can play there for a lot cheaper than if you just go in without using golf now

Greens are great but the rough or gang mow must be broke down. Difficult to find a ball even in the fairway rough or second cut.
