Great Course for the value
Course was in great condition fairway greens bunkers. I played 18 for $33 with a senior rate they are in the process of building a clubhouse so I did not rate the amenities. For the price this is a solid 5/5

Course is great and getting better
If not for the fact that the skies opened up and swamped everything after just four holes it would have been awesome not just good. The fairways are neatly trimmed and the greens are rolling well. They are expanding the greens with new sod making them all a bit wider.

The course was soggy and the greens were sandy
Looks like they were doing some major maintenance on the greens and tee boxes but the course still played well. Then the skies opened up and there was so much water we almost had to swim out. The good thing about this course is that they have great drainage and a lot of low ponds to take it all up. The course will be back to regular good conditions in no time.
