Great place to play
I consider this a local course for me. Other than the bunkers, it's in great shape. I didn't have any shots in the bunkers but they look like they were either in process of work or need to be. Greens rolled very well. Fairways were hard due to the lack of rain but this isn't a complaint. Tee boxes were not wore out. Rough was manageable at worst but generally very playable. Two of us played in 3 hours on a Sunday afternoon.

Great course tucked away from the busier part of Chesterfield. Typically a membership course, glad I could get the opportunity to play thanks to their partnership with GolfNow.

Tee times
Course was in nice condition. Enjoy playing there as it was my second time out on that course. Unfortunately, on Sunday AM there was no starter so there was 4 group backup. By hole 5-6 pace of play speed up. Seems like they book tee times 8 minutes apart resulting in backups when groups go off.

Horse flies everywhere
From number one to number nine hole. Horseflies chase me down in the fairway, on the greens. I tried to run away with the golf cart, but no luck. I quit after nine holes. That was the worst Round ever!

Hire a marshal!
Grabbed a Hot Deal on a gorgeous morning. Went off at 11:30, and was paired with one other. The course was in decent condition, although they are still waiting to green up. This is one of the few places I have played recently that had well maintained sand traps, and the greens were fine. Pace of play was terrible. There were 2 ahead of us, 4 in front of them, and rumor had it that there was a group of 6 a few holes ahead! We waited on every shot. The 4some was painfully slow, and driving in greens and tee boxes. They were not at all interested in allowing us to play through. Saw the cart girl several times, but not a Marshall in sight.
Great course, just a free for all once you paid.

Greens in good shape…. But that’s it
It took 5 hrs to play 18 holes…. We needed a ranger to move things along…. It is a nice public course….none of the holes are near the lake…. Bummer!

Coming in nicely
Great course layout, fairways filling in and greens almost healed from aeration. Greens were pretty fast and rolled well. Bunkers need some attention with inconsistent sand. Very good practice facility. Restaurant had a sign that said temporarily closed, not sure why. Course should be in great condition soon weather permitting.
