Just a nice water hazard to get over Photo submitted by Uz276GW53QTNlHsllAIs on 04/15/2021
Bletchingley
Played after a long dry spell of weather, course in good general condition, only disappointment was that 5/6 mats were in play. But overall well worth playing.
A lovely course
This is a lovely course with some challenging holes. With the warmer weather, the course and walkways have dried out nicely. There are still a couple of mats when teeing off but it looks like the grass tee areas will be ready any day now. Overall, a course I would definitely recommend.
A great course in good condition
Played it before, always when dry - course was in good shape with many interesting holes. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Deffo recommend and will return.

Good layout, fairways in good condition. Need to put the ball in the right places off the tee
Interesting challenge
Really challenging round - greens were an issue but nice course which asked a few questions
Would definitely return
Great for society
A super course played with a mate but put with two other people which we did not mind as booked online after loved so much will be booking a society soon
Should not have been open
Maybe we were unlucky but very simply, this course should not have been open and they should not of accepted our booking.
I understand being off matts on every tee and the greens were good (Once you got there) but the fairways where appalling you could not distinguish the difference between the rough and the fairway. It was like walking in
a bog. We walked off after 9 holes. Very disappointing
Good for trying a different course
Reasonable course with some good holes. Good to have a game when you want a change from your own course. Would go there again.
Poor condition
I booked and played golf at Bletchingley golf course today and the condition of the course was in an unacceptable state. I understand winter conditions and rain can effect golf courses however I have played at many courses in the area in the last few weeks and months and this course was very poor. The claimed best draining course in Surrey cannot be true. Not only were the tee boxes out of bounds and we were forced to use mats which were covered in mud but also the greens were covered in large clumps of mud and parts of tree that had come down from last night. I think the course either should have been closed or the green fees should have been reduced.
Great Winter golf Experience
Fantastic course, so nice to play a course in winter in England that is actually in good knick. Fairways and greens were both really well maintained. Winter tee boxes but the Astro was flat and easy to hit from. The regular tees that were out of use looked in great condition. Will definitely be back to play in summer.
The course design is good fun, a fairly flat but undulating front 9 with a more hilly and in my opinion challenging back 9. Good putting green and nets for practice, also a driving range to warm up on. Pace was quite slow but when the sun is out and your playing a nice course on a Saturday who really cares.
Nice course
Great course
Can’t wait to play again on a warmer day
Course conditions not matching the cost
It is not a bad course, however, I booked as this is marketed as one of the best draining courses. Well for the most part the course was a mud pit and my view is to charge £45 for a round of golf on a course in this condition is crazy. At this cost probably won’t play here again. There are lots of other courses providing better value.
