Brookdale Golf Club

1st time playing here and had heard good things about it from friends. Although the weather has not been great the course was in pretty good condition and there are some great holes to be played. There were 3 winter greens but is normal for a lot of courses at this time of year, the only issue I had was on 15th the temp green was only about 150 yards in stead of 400 odd and as I hadn't played before wasn't sure if this was where I was playing too as it as so short of the hole. Other than that the course was great with some fantastic views. The staff were very helpful with information and also some of the clubs members were very curtious too as I played a few holes with one as I was on my own and he gave plenty of tips on where I needed to lay up tee shots etc.

Looking forward to go back and play again soon.

Played Brookdale today and everything was great. Practice facilities were ample having both a putting green and nets. Course layout was interesting, held water well given it was raining in the days prior and when we played it wasn’t too boggy. Pace of play was of the best I’ve seen, never had to wait for the groups in front front or felt we were slowing the group behind. The welcome from the pro and club members afterwards was very friendly, and value for money was great. Will definitely play this course again.

Good course, lot of variety of holes, some ups and downs, a decent knock. Greens had been spiked which affected putting but they were playable. Recommended.

Very friendly staff and great shot making course. We must have picked a quiet day as we seemed to be the only people on the course at some points. Would definitely play here again.

Not played Brookdale for many years and I forgot how good it is. Great variety of holes and in excellent condition.

Great first impression from the very warm welcome we received at the pro shop, the course was in great condition and the greens outstanding. back 9 slightly hilly but also contained some lovely show holes.

Add to this a very welcome vibe from others out on the course and especially in the clubhouse with members checking how we found the course and making us feel like part of the club.

Overall an exceptional venue that we will visit again

Played it in nice weather. Good greens and tee beds. Good selection of par 3’s and doglegs . Would recommend.

Didn't go into the clubhouse so can't comment. But course condition and greens were excellent. One of the bridges was under repair between 15 & 16 meaning a short jaunt, but nothing too out of your way. You can play the course a variety of ways. Really friendly members and staff. Gave me a good run down of the layout. Kids sneaked onto the course, pinched a flag but again they were nice enough to put it back when i asked. Some great views to he had, thanks again.
