Calverley Golf Club

Played this course for the 1st time today. Members helped me navigate the area before even having to ask, the pro gave me some useful info and tips before teeing off and we walked over with a group of members who were chatty and super pleasant.

The course was really well maintained, 2 holes out of play but replayed the front 3 for 19 holes at £12.

Greens were fast, freshly mowed and the fairways were well drained and dry given the recent weather. One of the beat and under rated nearby, will play again soon. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

I’ve always loved this course, me and my son had many happy memories when he first started golf he and his friends spent days playing. now he’s married with his own sons hopefully he will start them off at Calverley a great course with very friendly staff

Had a thoroughly enjoyable round on a very mild and sunny November day. Some lovely holes. A fun, playable course. Friendly members and staff in the pro shop. Good value for money. Will play it again in the summer.

Good little course but paying full price when two holes are always closed rubs me up the wrong way, it's never communicated beforehand either.

Price need's dropping for the temporary greens in place & poor tee conditions, under £10 is a VERY fair price at the moment with winter conditions.

Played yesterday course to ourselves most of the time, great value but one or two greens not in the best condition

Enjoyed the round and the course condition had improved a lot since the last time I played there. I will definitely be back to play again soon.

Really good value. Course was nice and in good condition. A few areas in need of improvement, some poor looking bunkers and final 2 holes/greens let it down a bit. But overall we were very happy with the course, and the price was great!

Great course for any skill level - kept in great condition everytime i’ve been. Won’t find better value for money anywhere else.

This course is really good value for money, the conditions were overall pretty decent, only the greens on 17/18 that could do with some TLC but my 4 ball will definitely be back for more rounds, with fun Par 3’s to tough 4’s and ling 5’s, this course has everything you would want out of a ‘cheap’ fun round with your mates.

For anyone wondering, there is a driving range with 5 bays (1 under cover) and 30 balls was only £2!

Brilliant course, superb condition. Greens were awesome, and fairways well kept.

Fairly quiet but would definitely return.
