Fairways worst I’ve ever seen! Long grass everywhere and silly amounts of mud, greens was awful & had the slowest group in front of us who was smoking weed. Course not looked after at all

Big layout and worth a go but the fairways are hard work in the wetter months. Greens pretty good.

I still like the course but needs a bit more attention than it gets

Lovely course, some nice views with some challenging holes. Great value too!!

Considering the amount of rain recently the course was in very good condition. I feel for £25 per round you can’t go wrong, great layout and great value, will play here again.

Course in good condition considering the dry summer.Greens really good,lots of subtle breaks.

As a high handicapper (only playing again this year after a 26 year break from golf) this course is a big challenge, both technically and physically.

Great condition, especially the greens, even with the conditions this summer, superb mix of holes and tests of your game.

I have played this course several times over the years and this time i found the course conditions to very poor. Fairways quite long, greens awful conditions with some greens having holes from rabbits on the green itself.

For the price should have gone to a municipal course

Beautiful morning out, good condition, hilly & windy at times, a good challenge and played under handicap easily

Great track need your inhaler on some of the holes as quite hilly would recommend a buggy but a lovely track and a great test of golf

Course was brilliant, some very interesting holes. Facilities and staff were great but the round was spoiled by very slow play. We suspect there was a corporate day the we played and we were held up by an extremely slow 4 ball. Round took 4.5 hours!!!!

The best round of golf i e played. The course is fantastic with amazing views. We had nobody for 2hrs behind it was a dream. 100% recommend and unbelievable value

It is vital that you get the hotel staff to ferry you to the first tee by buggy (unless you're using a buggy of course) because it is a long and steep climb from the hotel. They are happy to do this, so ask.

Otherwise, for a hotel course ie not a private club, the conditions were generally good.

Beautiful weather, good company and an excellent course in lovely condition. a very enjoyable day.

Enjoyed the layout.Some nice challenges and scenic holes course a little scraggy but will come in through the year.Tee boxes were a little disappointing.Overall l enjoyed it.
