It’s a tough course, good layout with narrow tree lined fairways.

Tho only downside was quite a lot of leaves on the greens, I know it’s a golf course but evergreen tree’s would be a good option.

Quick round no hold ups, great fairways and tricky greens.

Will definitely be returning.

Booking, The Pro Shop and Pro and getting to and onto the course was easy and a very pleasant experience. The surroundings and countryside were stunning. The course was demanding enough for us (12 and 24 handicaps) with danger on every hole but wide enough fairways and certainly challenging. I suppose it would have been nice to have a Par 3 on the first nine but it was no matter. The greens were absolutely fantastic - fast and consistent with subtlety and undulations all over the place. The double green on the fifth was a great addition. But....and here's the big but, play was painfully slow and we were held up from the 3rd onwards with a visible back log or jam all the way around. We eventually gave up after 15th and over 4hrs. Solution - stretch the tee times out further and marshall the course. I would love to play it again but not stop start golf which does nobody any favours.

Course was in good condition, greens where receptive, staff where friendly and helpful.

Really picturesque course, especially 15-17. Really difficult course in these conditions, fairways so firm and because its so hilly you just can't predict where the ball will end up, you drive the ball to the middle of the fairway then it just disappears anywhere. Greens and tee boxes we'll watered and maintained though. First time playing the course I could've done with a caddy as there's a few blind shots that I got completely wrong! Would definitely like to play again after some rain. Staff really friendly, only downside is there seemed to be a lot of litter around the course, especially on the 1st.

Excellent, leisurely day. Course in great condition given recent weather. Greens were perfect, fast, but perfect. Staff very friendly and enjoyed the day thoroughly. We were able to play at our pace and were easily let through by members playing in larger groups when needed. Overall would recommend this course to anyone.

Great condition for January, never temp greens /tees, some nice challenging holes and some straight forward ones, fairly hilly course back 9 more so, very picturesque. all in all great golf, will definitely return.

Course in great condition. Bar not that great, drink and food selection very limited.
