Dudley Golf Club

On arrival car parking was amicable, check in swift and easy, score cards with map were a good touch.

The 1st tee was a long downhill with nice green grass well maintained,

2nd was uphill there were a few hills throughout the day,

Nice views once ontop, then the rain drove in, but all in all a good day's golf,

The bar had a good selection of drinks, again friendly staff.

I returned after playing here a while ago, and must say it has improved, keep up the good work.

I normally play on a largely flat course so this was a real challenge as it’s up and downhill with blind shots. Quite a short course so opportunities to catch back lost shots on the par 4&5s. It’s more of a field course than a purpose built and well maintained course. The clubhouse has a bar and changing rooms with showers although due to covid, restrictions applied. No driving range or net, only a small putting green so it took me a few holes to warm up.

I played here once before years ago and found it difficult and in poor condition. I was pleasantly surprised yesterday as there was plenty of green on the fairways and the greens in mych better condition.

Really enjoyed the round and will be going again soon.

Played this course pretty much straight after lock down and the greens were in terrible condition, spoke to the club captain and he was saying all the greens are being re done so gave it another go and was amazed by the greens so soft and receptive.

Great course and would 100% recommend and am seriously thinking of joining.

Poorly looked after. Had to wait 30 mins for the staff to arrive at the counter. No score cards so they had to give us a photocopied one. Greens very poorly kept and had the maintenance staff following us around cutting the greens. Our tee time was 09:56 so wasn’t even a very early tee off.

First time, well kept course , direction a little complex and lack of sinage. overall enjoyed the layout but watch those hills!!

Ample car parking, friendly staff, nice well prepared course, stunning views out into Shropshire and wales. All in all a fantastic day's golf.

The course was in fair condition, green keepers were actively working.

Shame the rain drove in other than that it was a good day.

Not an easy course by any way, very hilly so a buggy needed if your not fit!! Some stunning views of the surrounding areas as well. The staff and members were really friendly on and off the course, I will be going back.
