Front 9 okay but back 9 just a boring slog and one particular member of the green staff roams the course with a pair of binoculars checking out the players mind you there were only 3 of us on so he ft be too busy but the tirade of abuse I got fie not using a fairway mat was disgusting considering there is no notices no flag up on the site to say they are on fairway mats I was shocked by his language

First day of winter rules, teeing off mats and mats on the fairways but the course must be protected. There was evidence that some choose to ignore the rules by the number of divots not replaced. Apart from that, had a good round, greens in really good condition and friendly people.

This is one of the best quality golf courses I have ever played, the fairways, semi-rough and bunkers were emasculate with the only bad points on the greens being they were a tad too slow but were very receptive. The course also offers a wide array of great holes each offering a different challenge, with the 8th and 14th holes being my favourite. Couple this with the beautiful views over the moors seen from the higher holes makes for one of the nicest courses I have ever played.

Another great round of golf at Dukinfield. A beautiful October day, started sunny but chilly, with frost on the grass but in the 70s in the afternoon. Course in great nick, the greens fully recovered after the hot summer. Great variety of holes and nobody in front or chasing behind us, rich man’s golf.

Absolutely lovely course at Dukinfield - tough greens, but lovely surroundings and fairways.

Course in great condition now the rain is back, Greens quite fast. Weather back to normal for August, cool and light rain but still an enjoyable round of golf.

The last time I played this course was over ten years ago. So it was the first time on the new holes and I have to say the lay out was excellent and the views were incredible. Me and my playing partner were really impressed and will definitely visit again.

Great course, good variety of holes, smashing people.

Best greens, best bunkers, best fairways, best scenery and views. Very friendly staff plus other golfers seem to be happy and down to earth. No snobbery. Fell in love with this place and didn't know it existed a week ago. Will definately be joining next year

Weather overcast but warm, greens in in good condition, no hold ups, 3 ball went round in 3 hours, will definitely play again.

A proper little gem in the middle of suburbia. Great views & some interesting holes.

Just spoilt by a couple of things, a strange 90% soil 10% sand mix in the bunkers & no ball washing facilities on the tees.

Friendly members & staff, great clubhouse, I will definitely be back.

If booking an early tee time I.e before 9 o’clock check that someone is there to let you on to gated course. We had booked 8.10 am tee time and if it wasn’t for a club member letting us on to course, we wouldn’t have tee’d of for half an hour. Apart from this the course was excellent.

Very friendly professional on arrival. Helpful.members and good all round course. Some greens were excellent considering the rain.

A great course with lovely greens. Reasonably flat, pristine fairways and the 6 new holes was a pleasant surprise because whoever designed this needs a slap on the back as they've done an excellent job in Course Management. Would highly recommend this to all golfers whatever their handicap is.

After 3 weeks without rain the course was hard but in good condition. Greens were very fast and difficult. Easy to 3 putt. The course sold some land for development a few years ago and purchased other land to the rear where 6 new holes were created. I had visions of tiny par 3 holes crammed into a farmer's field. None of it. Some great holes created the first of which is a long par 5. Another 5 and 4 picturesque par 4s. Two of the weaker old holes have gone and course is much better for it. You have to be straight here to record a good score though.
