Basically for the money you pay it’s a decent course. 2nd time playing here in the last month. The greens are lovely and kept well, surprised how quick they were. This is now my local course as Southern Valley is now closed. The lady in the hut by the 1st tee is a diamond very welcoming.

First time playing here and despite there being no club house, found the course to be in great condition especially the greens.

The course is interesting with its challenges, but the addition of bunkers would make the course more challenging.

However if you want a pleasant 9 holes and it is about the golf and no frills this is course is ideal.

For £25 a round it's hard to fault this place. Really friendly, well drained and good condition. I've played much worse for much more money.

No frills - the clubhouse is a shed - but if you just want to play golf, without spending a load, it's perfect.

This course is great play here every week ,great price and best 9/18 hole for value .would totally recommend this place .

Great course. Very tough as some of the indexes are idiotic.

You would need to okay the course to see exactly what I mean.

The best example is hole 6 and 15.

A difficult course needing course managing and some demanding Tee shots.. main problem is the indexes on the course are somewhat confusing and in need of review for example the tougher holes are not accurate index wise yet the easier par 3 holes carry a low index.this is confusing to the low handicappers.overall though a really good test of golf.

Course is very slow. Having shared greens. Sometimes having 3 sets of players waiting to tee off on a couple of holes!

The course however looks like it is well maintained. Shame about the slow play!

An excellent morning on a course where some holes would not disgrace supposedly top 100 courses. 3,4,5,6 for instance. We’ll be back!

Really enjoy playing this testing 9 hole course, with different tee positions on the back 9. On this occasion only slight criticism was the greens which were a little bumpy and slow. But the course was in great condition other than that. Will be back there soon no doubt

Second time I played this course - I was pleasantly surprised first time around, so this was to see if I’d been a bit too eager first time, but it was just as good if not better. Great condition and brilliant value

As with so many courses, if this course wants to speed up play, improve everyone's day, and make more revenue, all it has to do is put some little arrow signs behind each green to point the way to the next tee! It could be sorted in a couple of hours! Sigh.

I wasn’t expecting much given the low cost (£20 for 18 holes), but I loved this course. Superb condition, especially the greens, it’s 9 holes with two different tees for each and they really change the perspective so you don’t feel like you’re playing the same holes.

Really friendly club, I am considering membership based on this visit

A great course with most things you want in a game of golf . Only thing letting it down no clubhouse and bunkers
