Enjoyable Round
Played this course for the first time and found it a great place to play. Course is well kept and the staff were very friendly and approachable. They work hard to keep it in good condition. Quite open and forgiving for a novice like me. Would happily play here again.
Great 9 Hole course
Me and a friend played for the first time at this 9 hole course today. What a surprise, we were met by a friendly lady to pay our green fees and on we went. Well kept fairways & good pace of greens and condition of the course was outstanding. Spoke with a couple of staff members who were all friendly & polite.
The only thing I would recommend is a price difference between wanting to do 9 & 18 holes for visitors.
Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
Ferrybridge Golf Course
After an initial difficulty finding the course I arrived at the clubhouse and was told I could go straight out. The course was in great condition - the greens quick and maybe a little firm. This was the first time I had played here - this is not an intimidating course and is easy walking. Alternative tee boxes give you different perspectives on the holes. A very enjoyable afternoon.

Only negative the rough around the greens was quite long
POOR
Disappointed with my trip to Ferrybridge as we were all charged an extra £3 to rent a mat to play off. This was not advertised anywhere when booking. Course was in poor condition and staff were very unfriendly.
Excelent
A little bit hard to find as 1st time playing here large parking area. Good practice facility course was firm an dry 1 winter green which is good for this time off year overall really happy will play again even thinking about becoming members
Great little course
Really good 9 hole course. The lay out is fantastic. There is two tee boxes on each hole so if you want to do 18 holes it changes the layout of the holes slightly which i thought was good. Really enjoyed playing this course and will definitely be playing there again.

Great 9 hole course with interesting change of tees to make it 18 holes. Good condition. Note: a bit tricky to find, Google maps tried taking me from the A1 directly to the course on a service road. You need to go into Ferrybridge to get there.
Outstanding
How can you fault a course that's perfect in winter conditions. Hitched up with 3 players for front 9 and made very welcome, then played with another gent for the back 9 also very friendly. Great atmosphere in clubhouse.
