Hendon Golf Club

Hendon has always been one of my favourite golf courses near Central London. The green and fairways are well maintained. I was lucky to have the company of two friendly members yesterday in the front 9, which definitely made my game much more enjoyable than I would have been if playing alone.

It was a lovely sunny winters day. The course is in good condition, with no temp greens and only a few temp tees. However it was very wet and very muddy, but still enjoyed it.

The course is in good condition. The first seven or so holes are short but there are some nice longer holes. Also some nice shapes to the holes. Pretty flat. Would definitely recommend. Unfortunately there were a couple of players who could not play very well in front so the round was slow.

Very average course in poor conditions, definitely not welcoming. Greens spongy and considering the poor etiquette of members full of pitch marks left unrepaired.

Pace of play was slow as we were a two balls behind a very slow two balls. And it became worse when the two ball in front of us paired with the two balls in front after few holes. Stuck behind them, after few times being on the tee with them they refused to let us play through. Walked after 12 holes. I planned to try this course as looking for a club to join but this gets thumbs down for all aspects.

played the course on Saturday.my 1st time but regretfully the course albeit scenic in places was very boggy an the majority of greens were in poor condition .

Not a bad course but not competitive enough value for money. I usually play different courses in and around London and normally don't pay more that £30 as I play every week. I payed a little extra to play Hendon as I thought it would be superior to the others but it turns out it was average. The course was in good condition and was tricky around the greens as they were well protected by bunkers. I would play it again but would not pay more than £25 for an afternoon t time.

All round excellent including location, facilities and course. Will recommend and might play soon.

Mix of all sort of freatures one might want to avoid but can recover from. Impressed by the quality greens.

Very pretty front nine with some challenging holes. Better than most parkland courses around North London Hendon is well worth the visit. Very good amenities, friendly staff
