Played this course many times over the last 30 years. Have to say the course today was absolutely stunning, a real credit to al involved

First time we’ve played Hexham today. Pro was really helpful in directing us on arrival. Course was busy, as you’d expect on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, but it never slowed us down, and we completed a 4-ball in 3.5 hours. Layout of the course also means you’re rarely on top of any other group.

Course is in superb condition- firm fairways and greens running fast and true.

We can’t wait to go back!

I have played at Hexham on numerous occasions, and I cant remember ever being disappointed with the course condition..

It is nice to see that some of the very deep rough has been cut back, which always welcome, as everyone hits the few wild ones...

The greens were a delight. Tricky, fast, but true..

I love returning here, and shall do again soon.

Best course in the north east always in great nick , best opening and closing hole at any course that I have played , some really tricky holes.

Visited Hexham whilst away for a few days and was extremely impressed. Greens were fantastic. Layout was interesting. Some holes challenging - some enticed birdies...

was out early and didn’t see the course facilities- staff excellent.

I play a decent amount of good courses and this one is up there with the best.

Outstanding track, really helpful professional people..... I would absolutely recommend Hexham GC.

I have played Hexham before and every time I play it I'm convinced this is one of the best tracks in Northumberland. The layout is challenging but fair, the greens are usually tip top and the views of the region are fantastic.

It truly is one of the best courses in the county!

I highly recommend playing this great golf course.

The course was in good condition considering it was winter. Only two temporary greens . The pace of the round was a lttle slow at times due to a two ball in front. But other than that an excellent visit once again.

Played Hexham with my good lady. She handled the course and it’s difficulties and returned a good score. The Course is in great condition considering the heat. Greens were very good and receptive. We will definitely return on a cooler day.

Due the blistering weather we have had lately like most courses fairways were scorched, but greens in immaculate condition another visit in the near future is a must.

Heard a lot about Hexham over the years and I was not disappointed. The tees and fairways were in great condition and the greens were firm and true although due to the poor spring weather were a tad slow. The scenery around the course is fabulous on its own and each whole was a pleasure to play. Don’t expect to play this course for the first time and score well as it is very tricky with some blind shots, my mate who has played here many times before helped me plot my way through each hole.

The course was in surprisingly good condition considering the amount of rainfall recently. Some winter greens were in operation but overall I was impressed by the overall state of the course. The ground staff must have worked hard. I look forward to playing there again once the weather improves, whenever that may be!

Sadly, on a beautiful , sunny winters day at 5/6degrees C with no standing water, all the greens were temporaries. There had been a " windscreen frost ' at 6/7am but it was perfect by 9am.

Staff great. Very friendly people on course. Lovely setting. But experience spoiled by temporary greens.

One of the best I have played would recommend to anyone to go play
