I Like Prudhoe Golf Course A Lot
A long and winding route from our home but it’s well worth the journey. Car park is good. Pro very welcoming and friendly. There’s a well-maintained practice net and practice putting green by the first tee. Fairways are wide and nicely cut. Roughs are not punishing; fairly easy to play your ball in case you missed the fairways. Greens are running true. Course lay out is beautiful with a good mix of par 5s and par 3s. Interesting and challenging but not frustrating. Slightly hilly in few areas but manageable for senior players. Greens staff are friendly and helpful to visitors as well as the lovely lady members who were out on the course. The whole course is in excellent condition—very clean. I would love to play Prudhoe again.

I haven't played this course in about 20 years and the way it's matured through the year is fantastic.
The condition of it and the greens was excellent and the back 9 across the road was just beautiful.

Good test for us older guys
Shorter than most courses but some lovely holes. Gives us lesser mortals a chance to reach the greens in regulation. Course was in great nick on a beautiful sunny day. Greens are deceiving and testing so don't expect an easy round. Really enjoyable and I recommend you play this course even if you have played it before...
Prudhoe golf club
I always look at reviews when booking somewhere I’ve never played before so thought this might help someone out who’s the same.
First time here today and very impressed, played solo and got let through about 3 times by locals who were happy to have a chat also.
Greens were fantastic and also fairways. greens are tough! a lot are elevated and quick giving you a real test as I found out multiple times by rolling off the back after thinking if played a nice chip.
All in all a very enjoyable round, definitely recommend
Course nice, greens tough
Elevated greens on many holes were difficult, greens themselves very undulating and a bit of crisscrossing of fairways. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the course was in good condition.
Interesting course, tough challenge and pleasant surroundings. Will definitely play again.

Course was in excellent condition, met by friendly pro on shop. Explained course etc.
Value for money
Very friendly and helpful staff. Booked for Grandson and friend. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Course in great condition and a good challenge for 2 beginners.

Great course and great people. Members are all very friendly and offered advice as I've only played here once before. Honest nice and friendly atmosphere with a challenging course. Course is very well maintained
Lovely winter golf
The weather finance was dry so booked at very late notice. The folks at Prudhoe were friendly and helpful as always. There had been a lot of rain over the last few weeks, but the course was in great condition. Testament to the wonderful work of the green staff. Nice winter sunshine throughout the round. Absolutely loved it.
Superb condition fairways and greens
Wow, really pleased with the overall conditions of the course today. Well done to all the ground staff for keeping it in such good condition.
Last minute booking
A last minute booking turned into a lovely evening’s golf. Course in good condition, greenkeepers doing a fantastic job given the drought like conditions this summer. Staff friendly as always. Really enjoyed evening knock. Happy to recommend this course.
Great friendly club
Fantastic club. Friendly members and staff. I had a great experience there. The groundskeeper has the tee boxes and greens in perfect condition. Spot on club, really enjoyed my rounds there.
Great course
The course is in great condition and has some pretty challenging holes. Couple of them are blind over hills so my first time round was more challenging than expected.
Definitely recommend this course to play and will be back again
