We went to play on the 2nd June the club professional was welcoming and advised us about the course and the layout.The course was in excellent condition and was quirky great value for money at the end of the round the professional asked what we thought about the day .Would recommend this course to anyone
Quality Golf Course
Played this course yesterday 31st May, I last played here in 1989!! I always wanted to return but having moved away I said i must play this course again.
So my memory hasn't been lost over the course of time, the golf course was in immaculate condition superb greens, I was welcomed by Nicki in the pro shop who was friendly and helpful. I had booked a buggy as my knee joints aren't what they were 34 years ago!!
Great time spent on the course, although I didn't use the clubhouse. The changing rooms were adequate.
Definitely recommend oundle golf course and must leave it another 34 years before I return.....five ⭐
Easter family golf!
Nice course, good condition, plenty of interest for the high handicappers and the more serious golfers. Even the weather was good to us today - we will definitely return!
A pleasure as always
Have olayed this course a lot over the summer and autumn months and it has always been a pleasure. The staff are friendly and helpful and the course is stunning. The greens are a little slow but once you adjust this isn't a problem. Would definitely recommend.
Like playing in a country park
An excellent course; when you walk around, you feel you are in the grounds of a stately home.
A few shared tees, and in a couple of places, you tee off over the top of players playing another hole...
A couple of holes have deep ravines that you can't see from the tee :-)
Excellent course!
Despite there being a clash with the tee times and had to tee off 10 mins later(a glitch in their system). The staff were very helpful. The course was in great condition and very challenging. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would play there again.

Great course
Challenging course with plenty of elevated tees over water. Friendly staff and was lucky enough to see a couple of woodpeckers, kites and a hare on the round. Great course to test your long iron play with plenty of par 4's and 5's will be returning soon.
Amazing course
From the start, a friendly pro shop-always a bonus!
Was given a course map and scorecard from reception.
The course was stunning lots of par 4's and 5's, a great test of driving snd long iron play. Quite a few holes intersect so awareness is needed for fellow golfers.The course is quite elevated with hills and streams aplenty,many tees are elevated and require a drive over water so quite challenging for a beginner like me. I was lucky enough to see a couple of halcyons on the course, along with a hare and kites.
All in all a great visit, can't wait to return. My new favourite course.
Hot day challenge - but well worth it
Fairways and greens played well. Pace was fine. Only minus was that we got back at 4.30 and the bar had just shut.

Played Oundle at last minute and was a great decision. Enjoyed the lay out, with some challenging holes but also some holes that give you a good opportunity for birdies
Will be playing again
