Greens like building site
Disappointed to be have not been told greens were under repair but having played many times at courses who are in the process of sanding drilling greens, these were unplayable. Just awful
Disappointing
Paid £22 each for me and my son, £15 would have bern fairer with the condition of the course, all the greens were full of sand and in poor condition and the fairways were awful. Pro said nothing about the greens when I booked in.
Decent driving range to warm up before you play.
Let down by the greens
We enjoyed our round but unfortunately the greens at this course are currently in very poor condition having had drainage lines cut into them and been heavily sanded. Otherwise the course was in fairly good nick. It starts with five pretty dull par fours in a row but from then onwards has some more interesting and challenging holes.
Not enough variety
Too many consecutive Par 4's for me. Not enough character. Whether it was specific to this time of the year but rhe greens were really poor having been heavily sanded.
Finished just after 5pm as the bar / cafe closed.
Nice layout
Nice layout - could do with some more features - more bunkers, water hazards etc. The greens had just been sanded so they weren't great though - I wasn't aware of this until we arrived so slightly disappointed
Slow today.
Played 9 holes previously and came back for full 18, back 9 as enjoyable as front 9. Forgiving course, playable from rough. Got stuck behind 3 x 4 balls on back 9 took 150 mins very slow, front 9 80mins. On this occasion I was in no rush.

Nice course layout, high handicap friendly as the rough isn’t too thick and always an enjoyable course to play

Course in good condition considering the hot weather although it could with some rain. Staff are friendly I would highly recommend a day here
Course has been well-managed through the recent extended period of hot and dry weather. The course continues to mature nicely.
