Good course to start your golfing career. Greens are very average and layout a bit boring on front 9 better on back 9

Staff really friendly and food excellent. Investment into the greens would really help

This our first time playing this course and to honest and first impressions the club house looked ok, no signs to the club shop (pick a door and luckily we picked right) staff were great. Got the first tee saw a short par4 no problems but got to the green and all expectation ended the greens could be great but the whole round they were terrible like an average football field, the course isn’t hard but the wind on this day made it harder, fairways were not cut and general maintenance was average ie cutting a hole on the green and not covering if not using, overall just average and that is it.

Good value , friendly staff and a fun inviting 18 hole course.

A great golf course its in good condition greens are firm. Its a well layed out course my only gripe is there's no chipping green I would recommend tou play it.

I know there is a lot of work getting done in the coming months so I wasn't expecting it to be great. Greens where very bumpy and mostly hit and hope apart from a couple. The staff were very friendly, clubhouse and range very good.

See we had heavy downpours two days before I thought course was excellent.

Good condition for early spring. Obviously lots of work in progress, trimming trees and hedges which should improve playing speed over time. Hospitality was excellent, catering staff so considerate and helpful. Greens will be good in a month or so as weather improves, definitely had lots of attention over winter.

Good course which is reasonably flat with quite forgiving fairways and small greens. Played on a windy day which made some holes quite difficult.

Good facilities at the course and a good driving range.

Nice clubhouse with friendly staff.

Enjoyed game today . We have just started playing and found this course very enjoyable. It was challenging but open.

A relatively easy course to play with some short par 4’s and very few hazards, but still a fair test that golfers of higher handicaps will enjoy. Well drained so not too wet even after recent rain.

Course in good condition for January, no mats. Greens a little bumpy but that's to be expected.

Ideal to keep you playing golf in the winter, if your home club suffers due to winter weather.

Played on a Sunday, so was busy. We had a 4 balls in front of us that was very slow and we kept up with them all the time and chase them but they won't let us through. Another flight of 2 balls behind us was quite rude, kept asking that we let them through! On hole 15, the marshall turned up and ordered us to let the flight of 2 through. We objected saying that we were not slow and have kept us but the flight in front was slow and there was a clear hole between them and the flight in front of them. Unpleasant exchanges and ruined our round!!! We also told him it's a Sunday and they should not let 2 balls play to avoid this kind of issue.

Good course - one of the better ones for the area - fairly sped along by groups coming behind but didn't affect play - better for smaller groups
