Excellent course with wide fairways and great layout. Really enjoyed it.

Greens are a little slow, which I actually like. Also a couple Par 4/5s which give even the most average player a chance for birdies

Friendly staff and enjoyed our lunch beforehand. The steward came and found us and let us play earlier than our booking time which was appreciated. Enjoyed our game and there’s an opportunity at half way to order food or drinks to collect. The toilets were exceptionally clean and extremely Covid safe in a covered passage way with no doors to open and plenty of hand gel. Overall a very nice experience

Played here a couple of years ago, and wasn’t that impressed - however, this time, the course seemed much better. First few greens were a little “fluffy”, but after that, they were of a good standard, with some challenging levels and contours. The fairways are good, and sometimes require careful positional planning. Overall, a good course, at a good price. Only slight quibble, is for a course in the middle of the cotswold water park, there is very little water, think only one small pond in fact

First time playing this course, was worried by some reviews.

Easy to book , pro helpful and course very busy meaning some waits on tees. Course in decent condition , but dry in parts especially the greens.

Lots of wide fairways , accessible greens and not too long, although some holes a bit samey and lacking features. Good test and generous for high handicappers , wouldn’t be much to challenge better players though who could drive many of the par 4s.

Still enjoyed it and will be back

Played the course with friends several times now. Great location. The course is fairly flat and forgiving. Some new features being implemented to make the course more difficult, at the moment for the long hitters it looks fairly easy. Really nice little course for a round with friends.

Fairways in great condition especially given recent heavy rain. Greens less so - about half of them were in need of a cut - the ball was not rolling well at all on them. Overall the layout is very flat and featureless plus a bit ’samey’ with a few holes similar to each other. However overall it is a good value course for the price.

Played well for winter time with good fairways , greens a bit slow but all the same.

I have never played Couth Cerney before but I was amazed. The greens were amazing much better than other courses I have played like Cirencester and the staff were much more friendly in the pro shop: I got moaned at for not wearing the correct shirt. Would recommend the food to anyone.

The course itself was undergoing GUR on holes 1-3 & 15 so a restricted round. The ground underfoot was dry and little to no mud was picked up on the trolley.

The course itself is very open and has minimal features to challenge the more experienced golfer. Which we are not!

Overall the course is pleasant and most important dryer than most for this time of year.

The course was in awful condition with waterlogged fairways and awful greens. Half the holes were closed today which we were not warned about so after paying full price for a round we only played 13 holes. Would not recommend this course to anyone. Very unhappy with the days golf. Will be looking for a refund!
