Stoneleigh Deer Park G C

Overall the course was in very good condition, greens and fairways. Was a bit scruffy around the greens and course lacks the normal amount of bunkers due to a restriction placed by the land owners ? There is not a flat green on the course which will test the most proficient putters. Land the ball on the green in the right area is essential. Not a course to score easily on , so will test all standards of golfers. Nicely set out in the Warwickshire countryside.

A nice track

Played on Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised that the course wasn't to busy, there was enough players to keep you on your toes but we didn't wait on tees or have people queuing behind us. The course was in very good condition bar the greens which were suffering from a touch of something nasty, but all in all a nice course for the right price.

Nice course, but.....

This is a nice course to play, great location and suitable for all levels of golfer. The staff are very friendly, facilities are good and overall it's reasonable value for money. The only thing that let the day down was the state of the greens. Most were in really poor condition though in fairness some of this could be attributed to some inconsiderate individuals not repairing their pitch marks! I would definitely play this course again but hopefully the greens conditions improve.

Below average course

Very bland and basic course no really features apart from the occasional fairway tree to avoid. The course was in below average condition. The fairways were patchy and so were the green. About a 15 wait on each tee because the course was very over booked and pace of play was shocking.
