Sewailo Golf Club

First time at Sewailo and we'll be back. Both my wife and I enjoyed the course. It can be a challenging layout but fair. Course was in great shape. The only area for improvement would be pace of play. We waited on a foursome in front of us on every tee and on every green. No player assistance person in sight. I know it is a resort course but speeding up play makes it more enjoyable for everyone.

This is a challenging course, but fair. Pick the right tee or be sorry.

Course was in great shape other than the greens were not very fast as anticipated

Great course that begs you to consider your whole bag when choosing clubs. Holes are interesting and offer different ways to play. Big risk typically means the chance for big rewards -- or big trouble. More conservative play is still challenging, but allows more leniency on errant shots. Course works to maintain pace of play. Round was a little over 4 hrs, with a bit of waiting here and there. Beverage cart leans toward the expensive side, but I've seen worse. Nice carts with GPS and USB port. Attentive staff, ready for arrival and departure. Fees include balls for driving range, access to a good practice area.

While the course was in good condition and the pace of play was great, we won’t play here again. Every hole seemed the same, and there are too many holes that take Driver out of your hands.

Loved this course. Amenities were excellent. Loved the comfort stations that had lots of cold water available which helped with the heat.

Course is very playable with some tricky holes. GPS on the carts is a real plus and necessary.

Course does beat you up.

This course is designed for walkers. Cart paths around the greens averaged 40-50 yards to the green and had either hills or bunkers to go around to get there. So many blind shots and blind doglegs. There will be no excuse for UofA not winning the PAC-12 Championship if played here.

Good course and friendly staff. Need Marshall on the course to keep the pace of play up. Lost total interest in the round after five and half hours and still had one hole to play.

This is the 3rd time I have played here. It takes some getting used to but I enjoyed it. I played backs a set of tees this time and the course played better. Pace of play was only issue. Took almost 5 hours. No rangers so that is issue. Some the best greens I have played in tucson

Deceptively difficult. Greens run fast and true. Excellent condition; probably the best of any course I've played (in Green Valley area south of Sewailo).

Really a lot of bang for your buck here. Very well maintained, excellent greens... rolled well and held approaches. No real amenities in the clubhouse, but GPS on the carts, and stocked with free waters.. all for $59 peak greens fees... Great value.

Very impressed with speed of play. Only had to wait on maybe 3 shots--and very briefly. Never saw the group behind us.Played in 4 hours First round of golf for the year and visitng from Chicago. Course in great shape and greens were fantastic. Not a long driver and 16 handicapper that played the Opal Tees at 5800. Will definitely play it again when back in Tucson.

Great course and good range and practice area. Lots of sand so bring your sand game.

Great day of golf with a fine casino after. Can't wait for my next trip. Had tees for all levels.

I messed up my reservation and they worked to slip us in. Friendly staff and very well kept course. Back nine is challenging. Too bad we cannot get into the U of A practice facility but the course ones are very nice
