Challenging but fair. Great facilities and friendly and welcoming members.

A real challenge of a course both in terms of course layout but also ability to walk up hills. Stunning views of the area from tees around the course.

Played the course yesterday with 3 mates in our 30s & we enjoyed the round but its a course you need a buggy some of the hills are a joke but if we had a buggy it would have made our day better the course was in good shape some greens where abit poor & needs more sign post on the course for the next tee's 3 times we had to ask where is the next tee

Course was in excellent condition, some of the greens were a bit bumpy. Lovely layout and some serious manicuring of the fairways being undertaken to enhance the course.

The professional very friendly and helpful and staff in bar and and the course pleasant.

Overall a very enjoyable day enhanced by good weather and tremendous views.

Just a note ,I believe no catering available on a Monday.

Whole course is a joy to go around, every hole is unique with a different challenge to get you thinking. Greens were a little patchier than previously, probably down to the weather as rest of the course was immaculate.

Would recommend for those who haven’t been before 👍🏽

Course very dry and tees rock hard. Difficult to tee up.

Greens struggling in parts. Quite a few blind shots ..you have literally no idea where to go really - 2nd time playing would be much better and when the greens have fully grown and become a bit more receptive in a month or so’s time.

Great views from the course. Nice welcome in pro shop and bar 👍👍

We were really looking forward to playing the course however we won’t return.

The course, compared to others played recently, was in very scruffy condition with the tee boxes needing serious attention. The fairways were daisy ridden and in desperate need of a cut. The greens were absolutely concrete hard, bobbly, very uneven pace wise and diseased. The pace of play was terribly slow and the layout actually felt a bit dangerous given the proximity and tightness of a lot of the holes. The layout just didn’t flow for me and by about the 13th hole I could easily have left the course which really isn’t a thing I consider ever. The views are great but I’d go walking in the valleys and peaks for those, not a priority when playing golf. I want a fair test of my golfing ability and this just felt like a crazy golf course in parts, bordering on ridiculous.

Never again!

Llanymynech is a great test of golf with a lot of fantastic holes and beautiful views. It is hilly so a buggy might be something to consider. We got a great hot deal so it was a bargain, we all agreed that it is worth the full price if you can’t get a deal with GolfNow.

Really friendly staff and members made us feel welcome.

A real variety of holes with no 2 holes the same.

Highly recommend this course.

Love this course. It’s got everything you would want from a great golf course.

Fantastic course, everyone is friendly and the facilities have improved a lot over the last few years. Greens needed a bit more but understandable at this time of the year. I know how good they can be. Always a pleasure to come back.
