Alhambra Municipal Golf Course

The course layout was interesting though not very challenging. The fairways are very close to each others and a few times we almost got hit with balls from oncoming golfers. Also our T time got delayed 25 minutes because there were no carts available for our t time.

Alhambra is always a great time. Fairways and greens are always in good condition, sometimes a little soft

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Nice course conditions. The greens can be improved just a tad. But no major issues. Friendliness is contagious. Other players in general were courteous as well.

Only one complaint. A young mother and her two children were in the middle of hole 9. They were not playing the course but chipping balls randomly completely unaware of the dangers of being hit by a ball. No Marshall around ..:

Pace of play is atrocious. Players in front were clearly beginners and moving at about a 15-20 min pace per hole with a ton of space in front, players behind repeatedly hit into us.

If you’re a new golfer, the whole community is glad to have you but 10 minutes a hole please!!!

Great course to spend a few hours with family and friends.

I have been playing at other courses and this was by far in the best overall condition. The tee boxes to the fairways and the greens were immaculate. I’m sold. I’m only playing here from now on!!!
