About
Alhambra Golf Course has a player-friendly design that is ideal for beginners but also great for more experienced players who are looking for a quick but fun round. The layout is a shorter par-71 design at 5,478 yards. It may not be long but it offers plenty of other challenges. There is plenty of variety between the two vastly different nines. The front nine holes are fairly flat, parkland holes with generous fairways lined with trees. The beginning holes provide a good warm-up for Alhambra Golf Course's more difficult back nine where you'll have to use every club in your bag. The back sprawls across rolling terrain, incorporating elevation changes ranging from subtle to dramatic. There are also more strategically placed bunkers on the back nine. Alhambra's 16th is the signature hole. This tricky par 5 begins with an intimidating tee shot over water in order to reach the fairway.

Friendly staff. Short course. Especially good for beginners or to practice. Course is very well kept. Greens are a little slow, but in excellent condition. I love playing there.
Pleasant Course
Playing this course for the first time, we were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed playing it. For a muni it is in good shape with some challenging holes. The staff were all very helpful. Good value.
Excellent course
Overall a great course. Every time I’ve played here the conditions are above average. Very well maintained course. From the fairways to the greens. Hands down 1 of my favorite courses around. Highly recommended course!
Enjoy the course
Good course for our group, not too long and in good condition. Sand traps could use some sand, but overall a nice course.
Great Muni
Overall, agreat golfing experience. Not beat up from overuse as you might find closer to the city center. Like most publics pace of play effected largely by narrowing time between groups. But, thankfully,,there is no manic pressure to complete round within a time period. Very friendly staff. Practice facility is best I've perinced n the region.
