Rating 68.9

DeBell Golf Club in Burbank offers an 18-hole Regulation Course and a nine-hole disc golf course. The Regulation Course has a tight layout with narrow fairways and a variety of elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. Accuracy is the key to doing well on this golf course but it's not overly punishing. Its risk-reward holes will appeal to low and high handicappers alike. The front nine is fairly challenging but the back nine is where the golf course gets tough. Although DeBell Golf Club is short, only 5,608 yards from the back tees, the blind shots and winding doglegs make it seem much longer than it is. There isn't any water on the golf course but you'll hardly miss its presence with all the other hazards that lurk throughout.

Frustrated Golfer!

Pace of play is extremely slow. No marshal around to speed up play. The group in front of me should have been playing from the Red Tees, instead of trying to play from the Blue Tees.

Gem

Always have a great time at Debell. Staff is so nice!

Peaceful vibes, most of the time theres deer throughout the course. The course is on a hill, so most of the putts break to the same direction on the greens. Ive played alot of courses and this is top 3 for my tastes. Not a long course, dont really need a driver off most tees as there are blind shots and sharp doglegs. Tricky course. Hole one is a par 5, had only a 8 iron to hit the green on the second shot with a good drive. Stay rite on that fairway though, trees on the left limit ur options for the second shot.

Great course to play, definitely worth the value. Scenery is epic too.

S-L-O-W as SNAIL

First of all, I like the staff here. But, the course itself is in a rough shape and the pace of play is as slow as it gets. So, unless you an incredibly patient saint, this is not the course for you.

The good: it's a good course to practice your short game on. I mean, you only get to pull your driver out a couple of times in the front 9. It does open up a bit in the back 9, but the course is narrow and hilly and short.

I only play here because I live nearby. I think this course is really for the ladies and seniors, not those who are used to typical course courses.

We like this course and it’s amenities.

We golfed yesterday and the guy working in the clubhouse wasn’t nice at all, told us to hurry up when we were purchasing extra balls and drinks, so we rushed. We were actually early for our tee time and ended up having to wait quite awhile on each hole for the groups ahead of us. Chill bro, it’s golf on a Sunday! Also there was ripped up deer parts on one of the holes. But besides this one experience, we like golfing here because it pretty and relaxed!

Great course but really difficult

This course is a challenge pure and simple. Narrow fairways and difficult greens. The green on hole 11 is ridiculous IMHO. While I am only a year in on my game I play 2-3x a week and have played some very difficult courses in Palm Springs, etc and this course still remains the hardest course I play. I am always happy to at least score under 100. lol
