Terribly managed
Made me pay for my wife who was not paying. The front desk person got hostile when I pushed back kindly about it saying that wasn’t listed anywhere on the website. The course was so backed up it took almost 3 hours to get through 9 holes. They were adamant about returning at a certain time. Didn’t even get through 12 holes. Just overcrowded. The employees were yelling at each other. Poorly managed.
Very Nice
It appears that the City of Atlanta is putting almost all of the budget money for their muni courses into this course and it shows. Great layout with great greens. We brought water and it was a warm day but there were very few water stations on the course and none with water on the back 9...beware.
Great course, Rude Staff
This course has a great layout and excellent conditions for a municipal in the area. Unfortunately their employees are not only unfriendly but incompetent. Today we had the starter rush us off the tee before our time then push the guys behind us right into us. He visited us on the 6th hole to tell us to hurry up when we were on perfect pace (15 minutes per hole). He claimed he had gotten a call and there were two open holes ahead of us (not considering the group ahead of us had tee’d off well before us.).Not the first time I’ve been verbally harassed by these employees who clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Big thumbs down to the city of Atlanta for ruining a great course.
Fun round in the outskirts of Atlanta!
Brown’s Mill was fun, challenging in spots and had many great views. It was my first time in Atlanta and as I was visiting family I had a limited amount of time to sneak in a round. Booking and checking in was super easy not to mention the round and range balls were very affordable. I enjoyed the tree lined fairways and ponds/streams scattered throughout. I would definitely play here again.
Great Value
The course was in great shape and the new cart paths were a welcome change. Playing on a weekend or holiday does mean a 5 hour round though, unfortunately.

Forgiving course that will challenge you. Great layout with a well taken care of course
1st time waiting on an available cart
There were a couple of groups ahead of ours also waiting for available golf carts. I think we waited over an hour. I love this place and will be back next week.
