Nice course
Staff was friendly, clientele was chill. Played 9 on a busy-ish Sunday morning and didn’t have to wait on the group ahead of us and were never rushed by the group behind us. Finished in just over 90 minutes walking. Layout is a bit confusing, walked into a guy who was about to drive while trying to find the 4th tee, so it could use a little more signage. Be aware theres very limited amenities on site, don’t show up hungry or thirsty, bring food and drinks if you need any. All in all great course, will definitely play again.

Surprised
Not an executive course. Short , but a few extremely long par 3's . Greens were surprisingly fast and course was in good shape. Lots of water to avoid.

Great greens!
I played at noon on a Monday and the greens were in outstanding shape. These are some of the smoothest and fastest greens in the Sacramento area. Keep up the good work!

Great Track
Best condition of any muni in the region. No doubt. Fairways, greens and (yes!) bunkers are just about perfect.
CSD and Elk Grove can be proud!

Real suprise!!!
Pace was real slow and we and we teed off real early, but I must say course was laid out nicely, there is plenty of water to make you think and course was in great shape, defiantly worth the money.....

Best 9 hole course in the area
Great 9 hole course that is in excellent playing shape. The greens are some of the best in the area. The staff are very friendly and the course has a top notch driving range. Emerald Lake is by far the best 9 hole course in the Sacramento area.

Course in great shape. Layout a bit quirky but manageable. Greens were superb that day; above the hole is trouble. Fast

For a 9 hole course, this is as good as it gets. Interesting holes that are well maintained. I recommend it.

Excellent conditions. Played 18 holes, course virtually empty due to heat Played in 2.5 hours!!! Course pro is wonderful. Is my instructor and I followed her from another course to Emerald Lakes. Wish it were a bit closer!!!
