Outstanding facility
Emerald lakes is a perfect place to practice and play 9 on a tough course that is in immaculate condition. It is kid friendly with several programs as well as soccer golf the kids can play on the course with you. Staff is awesome and the driving range is big and in great shape.
Course is tough. Narrow fairways with a lot of water. Greens are multi tiered and fast. Great challenge.

Course is in great shape!
Given the lack of rainfall this season, I didn’t think the course would be in good shape. We were pleasantly surprised in the condition of not only the fairways but the greens as well! Somebody’s getting plenty of water from somewhere. Give Emerald Lakes a try. It’s a nice nine hole where you can work several of your clubs. My buddies and I enjoyed it so much we’re going back out tomorrow which is Thursday this week.

Very nice course close to freeway
I play this course fairly often when I am pressed for time. Course has always been in great shape. Several of the holes can be challenging as they are close to or across water.
The driving range can be used to hit off the mats or grass. If you buy a $100 card, they will add an extra $30 in balls. Pretty good deal. There is no real clubhouse here to eat at although you can get snacks.
Great local course.
I saw this place off the 99 one day and thought it was a private golf club because how well kept it looked. Great 9 hole course, amazing value $, Great greens, pace is average as it is a public course.

Great Small Gem of a Course
This is a fun course but lookout for the Mosquitos they're out now wanted to play 18 but they said no only 9 not sure when there wasn't a lot of people when we left? But its definitely a course that will surprise you as a par 5 you have to be straight or bye bye balls with train tracks, row of trees definitely bragging rights if you're the only one putting it in play. A few eye catching par 3's will have you guessing what club and over water.
Don't miss this little gem!!!!
Third time playing the course today, and it just get better every time. If youve not tried it, you will only be sorry it took you so long to play it ^_^

Great track
This course is in great shape and accessible to all skill levels. Whether you’re new to the sport or can generally hit the ball where you want this gem of a 9 hole course can challenge you if you play the course.
I use this to drill my long irons and positional play.

All make for a great golf course. Easily the best 9 hole golf course in the area. Highly recommend.

I have driven past this little gem at least a 1000 times and should have stopped years ago. I love this place now and it will be part of a routine for me. It is super well kept and great people run it and play there. It is now a favorite in the sacto area for me.
