Emerald Lakes Golf Course

I always have a great time n enjoy when I come to play here. Well maintained course.

Of all of the local courses I play, Emerald Lakes is the one I visit the most. It has one of the best practice facilities around, so I am there most of the time just to hit balls or chip or putt. The facility is always in great shape and is used a fair amount by other local golfers.

Rates for buckets of balls are very reasonable and generally there's a spot for you to spend as much time as you want to practice.

The course has gradually been upgraded to where it is now one of the best maintained courses in all of Sacramento. Number 9 is perhaps the hardest hole on the course and is as good a short par 4 as any other hole anywhere. The rest of the course is challenging enough for any beginning to intermediate golfer.

I have never seen Emerald Lakes really packed with golfers, which for me as a local, is a good thing.

In recent months there have been several new people hired and they all have a real nice disposition and are excellent in serving all customers.

Good practice facilities Staff not so friendly , No food or refreshments,

One particular Marshall seems keen on unfairly hassling golfers of darker complexions. While ignoring similair behaviors of their white counterparts .

This course is designed for beginner or family recreation, a city owned short none hole course as I understand.

I think green fee should be far less than what it is now in order to have more city residents family golfers and beginners...

Emerald Lakes is a friendly nine hole course that I play at often when family and friends come to town that's the course I take them to always well groomed the layout is perfect I would recommend this course to anyone

Nice little coarse very clean, greens are fast but fun.

This course is afforadble, in good condition, friendly staff, and it allows you to use every club in your bag, driver down. The only drawback is getting behind high school golf team that use this course. Best play time is before 3:30-4:00pm weekdays.

Well laid out course that's well cared for. Perfect weather for the time of year. Good pace with nice people and helpful staff.
