Slow pace but overall fun
Super slow pace of play but the Marshalls were on it and tried there best to get groups playing. Had a great round with three other random players. Will be back one day to play again.
Decent Course for the Money
Fairways and tee boxes were a little rough on some holes, but the greens were good. I’d play this course again after it greens up.
Excellent value;
Great course for the $ - a decent layout with some challenging holes, Lots of target golf. Greens we’re in good shape for winter
always great
course is always welcome kept. staff is always friendly
DO NOT GO!!!!!!
My sister and I were riders while my brother in law and his friend played.
You won’t believe this… we were on the 9th hole and my sister and I had to use the restroom and get a snack. So, we drove to the END of the hole where the clubhouse was.
After coming outside, the Asian man that works in the pro shop said we are not allowed to be riding around in a golf cart (ON A GOLF COURSE WE PAID TO BE AT) without my sister’s husband standing right next to us. He then insulted us to his friends he was sitting with as we walked away saying, “they don’t even play golf.” We actually do play golf and for him to assume that because we are women is absolutely repulsive. He continued to hurl disrespectful comments under his breath as we left.
We are grown women and don’t need a man to babysit us as we drive 100ft to a clubhouse. We paid money to be there and even bought food from them, all to be mistreated.
He was degrading, disrespectful, and down right disgusting to the players. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ON THIS COURSE!!!!! Choose a cleaner* more respectful* course so you can enjoy your round and get your $$ worth!
Not to mention the starter that was working was also incredibly rude interrupting my sister when she tried to talk. My family and I will NEVER go back.
Worst course I’ve ever played
The price they charge for this goat track is insane. 3hrs to play 9 holes. Paid for 18 but only played 9 because of the atrocious pace of play. This course is worth 25 bucks at most. Would never recommend to anyone else.
Pace of play?
Almost 3 hours to play 9 holes. Course was less than ideal conditions for $65 and we ended up leaving after 9. I’ve never experienced this slow of play and I have to assume it’s due to over booking.
Really!!!?
I have not played here in quite some time. First off, my buddy and I went to play with our 12 yr old sons only to be charged full price for the boys. $65 for a kid seems a bit much. Secondly, the bunkers were more dirt and mud than sand. If this is going to be the condition that you keep your bunkers just close them. Most of all, they way over booked the course. At one point we had 3 groups at a tee box waiting on a group to approach the green. They also had a couple of pairs back to back.
Awful greens, awful pace
They pack the course in with as many golfers they can. Pace of play is always a joke. Greens were terribly slow and bumpy. Zero sand in the bunkers. The only reason I played here was because I wanted the BBQ lol. Course sucks and it’s not worth half of what they charge,
but people pay anyhow so won’t bother again. Good golfers don’t play here.
Don’t waste your money
Pace of Play the worst I’ve ever seen. Employee morale extremely poor. Soil erosion, scrub grass tee boxes, clay bunkers and poor design are just a few of the problems with this course. There are plenty of courses nearby to spend your money. Stay far away from this one. I can’t believe it’s still open.
Pace of play
Played on a weekday at 1045. Took us over 7 hours to finish. Ranger drove by and said it’s “a little backed up.” We watched two groups tee off in front of us the entire back 9. They wouldn’t let us pass even with just two of us playing. Ruined the entire experience.
Pace of play
Course could be pretty fun but pace of play is a huge problem. So much so that it makes the round unenjoyable. Tee times 8 minutes apart. No one monitoring pace of play. There is no excuse to be backed up on every tee box. I have played here several times over the last month or two. Every time expressing concern to the clubhouse. Getting “thank you” as a response or a shoulder shrug. Used to be a fun course.
