We showed up with 2 with the 3rd cancelling and they forced us to pay for 3. Nobody does that. I won't play there again, and we won't miss it - too many good courses in the area to put up with that for a beat up goat track.

First time playing. Scenic layout, large, fairly quick greens, a few of the tee boxes were thin, fairway rough was challenging.. Overall in great condition. A step up from sister course in Alpharetta, definately coming back.

Have lived in the area for 16 years drive by the course often had never played but tried a hot deal from golf now. I'm glad we did the greens are some of the best around the area. Will diffently play again soon.

Came out as early as we could. One of my party was late so they let the other tee time go in front of us which worked out great. Play time was okay no major holdups. The greens were in good shape and the fairway were also in good shape for this time of year and 90 degree weather.

I’ve played this course numerous times since moving into the area in 2004, and I have to say that this is the worst kept course I have played in the last two years. While the greens and fairways are mowed and kept, the rest of the playable areas look to be basically ignored. The ride on areas of every hole were nothing but dirt and heavily rutted. The tee boxes are trashed and it looks like the tee markers aren’t moved everyday.

The pace of play has always been a problem at this course, and today was no different. The twosome in front of our group of three was in no hurry, and the “Marshall” didn’t seem to care that they were out of position.

We left after the front 9 and didn’t even bother trying to get a refund for the back. I will definitely never play at this course again. It’s a frustrating waste of money and time.

I have played this course for the past 15 years and something changed last year. The course is in the best shape that I can remember. It is challenging and shot placement is very important on most holes (or you roll off the fairway into a very long 1st cut or even into the woods). The greens are excellent!! The biggest gripe that I have, like others have posted, is the pace of play. Guys, something needs to be done. Maybe it's education that starts in the clubhouse when people check in? Maybe it's not scheduling tee times so close together. 5 - 5 1/2 hours to play a round is not acceptable.

I've played this course several times and it is in the best condition yet because of all the spring and summer rains. I played starting at 4 p.m. on a Sunday and didn't expect the pace of play to be so slow at that time of day. Also the water coolers were out of water and that was irritating to say the least on such a hot 94 degree day. However the fairways are nice, the greens are smooth and true, but the rough is so high in places that you can lose your ball in the first cut.. Overall a good course and I will be back.

Pace of play really drags this course down. We had an 8:04 tee time. We moved to the 1st tee at 7:55, and there were three groups waiting in front of us. The 7:40, 7:48, and 7:56 groups. How can you be three groups behind after only two hours?

Then it took another 5.5 hours to play.

Not a good experience.

Pace of play is terribly slow, with no help from the Marshall. Allowing as many as a group of six to play of head of us.

Really enjoyed this course. Close to home. Course requires placement shots but also foregiving.

Only complaint is the fairways are cut too short and there is no “second cut” on the edges. Good hit drives in center of fairway would roll uncontrollably into the woods.

1st hole I hit a perfect drive (280 baby draw over the bunker on the right) fairway sloped right to left stepply, ball lost into the left woods. I was told by a member take a free drop, happens to everyone. A14 of 18 holes are like that. Worst design ever. Played there 4 years ago, I know why I don't play there. I'm a 8 hcp and play hard courses that are fair. This course is stupid stupid stupid. You are penalized for perfect drives and iron shots. Extreme slopes are way over the top. Blind shots, are another story. Will only play there if only for charity, free golf or I am paid.

Tough course For an old man, but lots of fun to play… Me and my service dog enjoyed it very much!

I've played the course numerous times over the years and never any problems until this last time. I've always been able to.pkay in my jeans that hide the brace on my leg. The pro shop guy this time decided to play Mr Authoritarian and enforce the clothing rule. I've always been exempted from it before due to my wanting to hide the brace to keep people from asking me about it and bothering me in general. They've always ket me do it it not this time. I will dispute any charge on my card and am considering filing a complaint under the Americans with Disabilities Act. I'll never go here again.

I'm a players club member here which allows me access to 3 courses total. The only problem(s) I have with this course in particular is the PACE OF PLAY. Sometimes I've seen 5 guys on one hole. I love TC of Apalachee but I just wish the pace was a lot faster.

Next, if you're playing around twilight hours, sometimes the carts don't have enough "juice" to make it around the track since they've been used all day. The carts will slow down on you after say hole 8 or so if they've been used all day long w/o the chance to recharge before someone else uses it.

Finally on hole 6 (blind tee shot to the bottom) if there was a bell of some sorts to allow golfers on the tee box to be made aware when its "ok" to tee off that would be great also since visibility before your tee shot is limited.
