Turkey Creek Golf Club in Lincoln sprawls across rolling hills that are covered with mature oak forests. The back nine even closely resembles Germany's Black Forest. The centerpiece of the course is the old granite quarry that was transformed into an expansive lake that comes into play on the third and final holes. The golf course is formidable, testing golfers with blind shots and uneven lies, but the challenges are nicely balanced by long, open fairways. Water comes into play several times throughout as well as the towering trees that blanket the landscape. The course will keep golfers on their toes but there is plenty of visual respite available. Players can often catch a glimpse of the abundant wildlife that call Turkey Creek Golf Club home, including deer, quail, foxes, and of course, wild turkeys.

The coarse is in good condition overall and the green were exceptional. To sum it up a nice coarse that gives you a very challenging day of golf.

Well I just moved back into the area and haven’t played here since 2005. Always been one of my favs in the area. Great layout, excellent condition, fast greens, course makes you think, trees come into play on several holes. Tee boxes, fairways, rough, all in fantastic shape… ok now the hard part, “come on man”! No golf course ever should take 5:31 minutes….. painfully slow, people just don’t have a clue, group in front was practicing hitting multiple shots on every hole said they were practicing for a scramble coming up, Also playing from the tips and not even close to enough talent to be there. Hot, dry, empty water stations, cart girl twice all day…. Get it together…… slow play is the absolute worse case scenario for me personally.
