About
Turkey Creek Golf Club in Lincoln sprawls across rolling hills that are covered with mature oak forests. The back nine even closely resembles Germany's Black Forest. The centerpiece of the course is the old granite quarry that was transformed into an expansive lake that comes into play on the third and final holes. The golf course is formidable, testing golfers with blind shots and uneven lies, but the challenges are nicely balanced by long, open fairways. Water comes into play several times throughout as well as the towering trees that blanket the landscape. The course will keep golfers on their toes but there is plenty of visual respite available. Players can often catch a glimpse of the abundant wildlife that call Turkey Creek Golf Club home, including deer, quail, foxes, and of course, wild turkeys.

Fun round
Turkey Creek did not disappoint. Friendly staff and great practice facilities. Demanding tee shot accuracy.

Getting harder and harder to find a public course in this area that is of this caliber. A real value in every sense.
Hurry up and wait…
Two groups ahead of us was playing super slow…. the guy in front of us joined up then decided to play the first nine again because we were constantly waiting. At hole 14 TWO separate groups caught up and we were all waiting on the group in front of us. No point going to the next hole as there were groups on every hole, so we decided to pack it in for the day.
Good course to play
Course is in good condition better than most in area
Course is in great condition.
Lush and green, the course was in prime condition. The greens rolled fast and true. The tee boxes were grassy not barren like some courses. The layout.and design of the course is interesting and fun. We had perfect weather conditions. The discussion on the way home centered around when we could play there again. Try it. You will love it too.
