About
Turkey Creek Golf Club in Lincoln sprawls across rolling hills that are covered with mature oak forests. The back nine even closely resembles Germany's Black Forest. The centerpiece of the course is the old granite quarry that was transformed into an expansive lake that comes into play on the third and final holes. The golf course is formidable, testing golfers with blind shots and uneven lies, but the challenges are nicely balanced by long, open fairways. Water comes into play several times throughout as well as the towering trees that blanket the landscape. The course will keep golfers on their toes but there is plenty of visual respite available. Players can often catch a glimpse of the abundant wildlife that call Turkey Creek Golf Club home, including deer, quail, foxes, and of course, wild turkeys.

A challenging and consistently well kept course
This has been one of my favorite courses to play in the area. The layout is great and incorporates terrain that will challenge you. The course is and has been in great shape for years. Great practice/warm up facilities as well as dining.
Great day to play but a little chilly
Overall another fun time at Turkey Creek. The greens are still growing in from aeration so they are running slower than I expected. 17 has some patches of damaged green at the front left edge. Overall the course in pretty good shape.
Great layout
2nd time playing course, great layout, really liked playing the holes that require shot selection
Aerated
Golf now and most courses have a habit of not disclosing aerated greens. No mention at all when booking. Stay away for a couple of weeks, just sanded.
Slow
Five and a half hour round. Becomes to stressful as we were waiting for group in front of us, the behind us hit into us twice. It is a very very designed and maintained course, but much more effort is needed to speed up play. Did not see a Marshall all day.
I would recommend to play this course but with the expectation it could be a slow day.
Course was in decent shape for the time of year. Greens were hard and fast, fairways need some warmer weather and sunshine! They were working on the fairways, fertilizing, seeding, punching so they will be in great shape soon.
Thanks for the positive feedback and recognizing the situation we are in with regards to the season. Once Spring is in full swing, the Bermuda grasses should come out of dormancy and help make the fairways lush and smooth once more.

Greens Yay, Fairways Nay!
Greens are smooth and true. Fairways are lumpy. Holes, dead spots, high spots. It sucks to have a bad lie after you hit your drive 260 down the middle!
Not worth what they are charging
If the course was in better condition the price might be worth it.
Not worth the price right now
Course is in awful condition other most of the sand traps right now. Not worth the price they are charging. Pace of place was over 5 hrs for the round.
Nice Day
I felt the course was in good condition and the greens were in good shape. The layout is fun and has some very challenging holes. the pace was fine for a Sunday.
I would play this course again.
Fun round of gold
The course is in great shape, fun and challenging course lay out. Pace of play was great, 18 holes in 4 hours not much of a wait at the tee boxes.
