Fun 9 hole course, but 3 hours + is not reasonable. 2 of 3 times here it was over 3 hours for 9 holes.

Tees moved up.
Of course is fixing the tee boxes which moves all of the tea shops closer to the greens. Made most of the shots easier but of course still can be a bear. I enjoy the scores because it's 2 hours of a grind and there are opportunities for birdies the fairways were well groomed and beautiful to look at. However, the greens were slow. So you have to hit the balls a lot harder than you think to get them to the hole.

Friday evening. 4-5 hours playing 9.
Loved this little course in the hills of Griffith park. Tight fairways, fairly challenging. But they play groups of 5 and everyone waits to try and drive every green, absolute snail pace. 4-5 hours to play 9 holes is ridiculous, I’ll just go play 18…

Well over a 3hr round. Lots of 5somes in front of us. Same story last time played here. I had hoped that was the exception. I still love the course, but I won’t play on a weekend any time soon.

The people we were paired up with added an extra person without paying, came in slippers, smoked on the green, peed in the brushes, used profanity often, rehit their shots over and over again without consideration for the people behind them.
