Located in the heart of the Palm Desert in the Coachella Valley, Woodhaven Country Club offers panoramic views that stretch across the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains. The golf course has a traditional desert landscape but the stunning mountain views elevate it to a truly unique experience. The course has a classic design that is player friendly enough for beginners and even gentle enough juniors. It may not be what you're looking for if you want a formidable test, but more advanced players will appreciate it for a quick casual round. It's also great for working on your short game skills. The golf course is short and tight with immaculately manicured greens. You won't find much water at Woodhaven Country Club except on the 17th, which seems like its nearly all water.

Greens were being aerated and reseeded
Didnt know greens were being reseeded and aerated. Hole 14 was closed entirely. Most back nine greens were not really playable. Mostly dirt.

Worst greens ever..
Yesterday I play at the Woodland Haven country club at La Quinta CA and the recommendations were excellent so I trust the advice. However on the spot the greens were execrable very bad, full of sand, and one hole closed. I would like to have a credit..

Great Woodhaven
Love the fact that they let me play as a single. I can go out early. Everyone is friendly. Not an overly long course but challenging. Play it during the summer. Easy to get on through web.

Play here a few times in summer. Always get a late tee time. Can play as fast as I want. Straightforward but not

Conditions were excellent. Loved the layout. Fairly forgiving course. It will be a go to course for us in the future.
one hole short !
Normally I play 18 hole golf courses, this one hade a detour away from one hole . So only could play 17.
No body said anything about that at check in.
Course Was in Very Nice Condition
We were very pleased with our round. The course wasn’t busy, so my wife and I were able to complete our round in about 3 hours. The track is relatively short, but still has some challenging holes. Conditioning was very good, particularly given the time of year.
