Located in the heart of the Palm Desert in the Coachella Valley, Woodhaven Country Club offers panoramic views that stretch across the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains. The golf course has a traditional desert landscape but the stunning mountain views elevate it to a truly unique experience. The course has a classic design that is player friendly enough for beginners and even gentle enough juniors. It may not be what you're looking for if you want a formidable test, but more advanced players will appreciate it for a quick casual round. It's also great for working on your short game skills. The golf course is short and tight with immaculately manicured greens. You won't find much water at Woodhaven Country Club except on the 17th, which seems like its nearly all water.

Great layout for a piece of flat land
Well maintained golf course in great condition. Lush lies and plenty of good sand in the bunkers. Off the beaten path a little bit, so there are more locals than tourists here. Good variety of well designed holes. Yardage may seem short, but this is a par 70 with only 2 par 5's.
Great experience for a short course.
Amazing condition. Great staff. Only downside was the single in front of us was struggling & hit 2 - 3 balls at a time.

The weather was perfect, just the last 3 holes the wind picked up a lot
First time playing
We were teamed with a lovely couple that were more experienced than we are. They were helpful and encouraging and told us not to feel rushed. There was a twosome behind us and they asked to play through, but we ended up having to wait on them. The course is easy to navigate especially with the GPS enabled carts. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. We learned a lot and will be back.
Decent course
Course was decent, little worn in areas. Pace was pretty slow for the time of day. Overall a good experience with some fun holes.
