Located in the heart of the Palm Desert in the Coachella Valley, Woodhaven Country Club offers panoramic views that stretch across the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains. The golf course has a traditional desert landscape but the stunning mountain views elevate it to a truly unique experience. The course has a classic design that is player friendly enough for beginners and even gentle enough juniors. It may not be what you're looking for if you want a formidable test, but more advanced players will appreciate it for a quick casual round. It's also great for working on your short game skills. The golf course is short and tight with immaculately manicured greens. You won't find much water at Woodhaven Country Club except on the 17th, which seems like its nearly all water.

Excellent course
One of the nicer courses in Palm Desert for the money. Will definitely play again
Highly recommended
Frost delay resulted in many players waiting when we showed up. Starter was calm and friendly. Rather than a projected 90 delay in tee time, we ended up staring 30 minutes early. The other starter at #1 was extremely helpful introducing us to two members we were paired with making sure we had everything. Course was immaculate. Rough was tough. Bunkers were full of sand. Accuracy is a premium. Although the course looks small on Google Maps, it doesn't feel that way when playing. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
Great
Course was a little backed up (45 minutes) past tee time due to frost conditions. But it played great and it was in terrific condition. Great value for the price and the other golfers were also very nice!
Worth the money

Glad I did. Most previous reviews are spot on. Greens and fairways are near perfect. Typical resort course with many holes lined with homes and border walls. Couple of par3 holes not spaced out well and can cause some bunching of players. Keep the ball straight and you’ll have some fun.
