Located in the heart of the Palm Desert in the Coachella Valley, Woodhaven Country Club offers panoramic views that stretch across the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains. The golf course has a traditional desert landscape but the stunning mountain views elevate it to a truly unique experience. The course has a classic design that is player friendly enough for beginners and even gentle enough juniors. It may not be what you're looking for if you want a formidable test, but more advanced players will appreciate it for a quick casual round. It's also great for working on your short game skills. The golf course is short and tight with immaculately manicured greens. You won't find much water at Woodhaven Country Club except on the 17th, which seems like its nearly all water.

Dry and crusty
Course was apparently being shut down for overseeding in a couple of days. They must have decided not to bother keeping the course in decent shape until the shutdown. Fairways and even greens were in poor shape. I expect the course would be decent in season but it wasn’t yesterday.
No course information give by golf now
Normally love this course. When we arrived we noticed the course was dead.. nothing on golf now about the corse was starting major repairs the next day. After playing 6 holes called it a day. You couldn’t even get the tees into the ground.. I’m very angry with golf now and the course for not giving a heads up or an out.
Great short par 70
Got a great green fee with cart and range balls. Greens were fast and some spots bumpy due to scorched bent grass. Fairways and rough were more green and greens blonde.

Liked the course layout, good mix of challenging holes, and straight forward holes.
Staff was very efficient and welcoming.

We enjoyed the golf experience and will definitely be back. The course was challenging enough for us recreational golfers but fair.

Decent course. Not hard. Great pace of play. Only 2 greens were not good. My bud almost got a hole in 1 on the 6th, 179 yards over water, 8" short
Course conditions are awesome for August in the valley. The greens rolled true and the pace of play was quick. Very inexpensive and free range balls.
Rough greens
Last time I played the course was great this time however the greens were terrible, actually not even greens more like sands.
Everything else was good and staff helpful but I also only paid $28 so I was ok with things for $$
It was still a great layout for my wife to practice her game.

I have played this course for the last 12 summers and have never seen the greens in this bad of shape

Great round
The course had Maintenance issues so we could only play the back nine all said and done, we had a great round at Woodhaven
usually in great condition but for the first time the course was dry and the greens were bumpy dry and in poor condition they need to be aerated and reseeded to avoid a lot of sand and dirt areas
