Good Practice Course for Short Game
For $20 for 9 holes, this is the secret bargain of the East Bay. You really don't need more than a 5-6 iron on this course and yes, the fairways are not ideal and the pace usually very slow, but the greens are very nice. Have patience and you'll have fun.

A course inside a horse track - gotta love it
It’s a great 9 hole course - the opportunity to swing every club in your bag, and by that you can use the driver at least one time. Greens were aerated which I cannot hold against the course. Outside of that, greens are sneaky fast when they are not under repair.
