Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort - South/West

Unlike most Country Club's there were no persons to greet or help at the bag drop, but the Pro Shop staff was friendly and efficient. Practice range uses artificial grass mats.

Greens and fairways were in good condition, and it was generally fun to play. However, the sand traps were more like dirt and some played like mud. Very disappointing.

An OK kind of course for a last-minute round but not necessarily a go-to kind of place.

This course is a little pricey, but plays well. Some of the holes where you have to play over the wash areas aren't great. However, overall it's pretty good. It was very busy when we played resulting in some backups.

Very fine golf course. Greens were excellent as was the sand and fairways.

Nice use of water to make course more challenging. Water must be carried with good shots on a handful of holes. Resort course with houses closely lining several fairways, but generally the fairways were adequately wide. Green wee well maintained with a true roll. Good value and fun course for couple play, albeit fairly long with minimal distance break on most holes.

The course was in very good shape, so I did not mind paying a little extra to play here. The staff was great. I will will play this course again on our next trip back to the Palm Springs area.

Everything you would want in a Golf Course. Frienfdly and helpful Staff, immaculate conditions, so much character. I will definibe planning a trip back. Played another Golf Course the day before, Rancho Las Palmas was way better all around. Thank you Rancho Las Palmas!
