Nice Muni Course
This is a very nice Muni Course. Fairways were in good shape, greens were excellent, tee boxes were good and the sand trap well, they wanted you to drop outside the bunker. This is probably a good thing because the traps could use a little work, not terrible but no raking. This course is well worth playing. Not a hard course but a little water, a couple of forced carries and know where to lay up. A fun course.
Great
It's been awhile since I played this course but I'm glad to see it in good conditions. Greens are very slow but overall it's back to the shape it was before... Thanks
Good
thw xart lady a bif too high in peice plus theews not an ixe on a jott day! And she has an attitide isue cause she did get a GG ood tip.
Fun course
I play it a lot!
Always makes appreciate the joy of a local city course.
Well done city of Roseville, CA.
Not Bad.
Short course, with decent greens. The tee boxes needed to be mowed better and they need to provide divot fixer to the carts.
Cool course
I liked the layout nice for beginners like me and a great price after 4:30pm
Greens
So when I play diamond I generally have a great round for what I can do. This last time I was there I shot a 92 which is great for me but it would have been in the high 80’s if the greens were well more maintained by other golfers , Who can’t fix their own divots, but other than the fact people are too lazy to fix their own greens are gonna be bad
All things are relative...
Ball marks flood the greens, which is tough when your trying to roll in a putt. I fixed ~20 ball marks per green to try and be helpful. Consistency on the green is not possible (if this matters to you). Cost is tough for me to justify...let me explain. I pay the same at a course like Empire Ranch (in Folsom, CA) for $1 more, and that course condition is exponentially better. Everything from tee box, fairway, rough, and green conditions. Staff was extremely friendly, and I was first out so I was able to set the pace. If I was a local, received a frequent player discount (like a monthly membership) I didn't want to travel far to play, and playing a course that is not in superb condition (making it difficult if your handicap is important) is fine with you, I can see this being a really fun social course. If dialing in scoring, handicap, and getting a good assessment of how you're rolling the ball, I would consider playing a different course.
Had a blast, hooked up with a married couple that gives ready golf a new meaning. Right up my lane. Greens and fairways blow away any course close to my house back East.
The golf Course was in very good shape and I'll be back.
Played this course 20 years ago, but didn't handle water well and it was not too close to my home. I moved away and came back and moved to Auburn, so its much closer now. I'll be back.
